“Looking online for a good gift for my son’s university mentor I stumbled upon these gorgeous compasses. Although pricier than everywhere else I looked, they are worth every penny. Opening it I honestly handled it with gloved because it’s so perfect and didn’t want any fingerprints on it until we gift it. Customer service was excellent, I got all my questions answered, the engraving it correct and beautiful. 100% satisfied, thank you 🙏”

“I was amazed at the prompt delivery of the beauty compass that I ordered. Although I live in California , the order was delivered within 5 days. The item was absolutely beautiful—excellent quality and workmanship. I ordered customized engraving, which was expertly done—just as specified. In addition, the item it was beautifully packaged and wrapped. I highly recommend this company for its quality product and extremely prompt delivery.”

“Despite the problems that arose during the transition and at customs for the arrival of the package in Italy, the company was immediately available to solve the problems and make sure that the package arrived in the best and shortest time possible! “If I could, I would leave a ten star review. First of all, the customer service is simply OUTSTANDING. I accidently ordered two boxes with my order. The company reached out to me to ensure that this is what I wanted and I had the opportunity to correct my error rather than having to pay for two boxes instead of one. Other companies would have seen an opportunity to make more money due to my mistake and not have brought my error to my attention. Secondly, customer service responds to emails almost immediately. Now about the product. I ordered a compass for my husband with engravings. This is a first wedding anniversary gift and it had to be perfect. The compass is more than I would have ever imagined. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, stunning in fact. I could go on and on about its beauty and the excellent engraving. I am truly, truly over the moon. The compass is also bigger than I thought which is an additional plus considering that my husband's big hands will be holding it. I can only highly recommend Dalvey and should the need arise for me to order another one (I am thinking ahead to my oldest son's birthday) I will NOT turn to any other company. Dalvey is it. If any potential customer is hesitating in the purchase of a product from Dalvey....DON'T. They go above and beyond in customer service and I will vouch for their product any day. The craftsmanship is top notch, the engraving was handled meticulously and my son was so excited and happy with this gift. “The engraved compass came beautifully engraved and in the presentation box. The box itself was of high quality and the silver compass with blue interior was stunning. I have purchased as a gift, so the use has not yet been evaluated, but the feel and function is wonderful and I am proud to give it. Additionally, the gift arrived very quickly with notification prior to arrival.”
