“This compass is very nice, and the packaging is nice as well. I had hoped for a heavier piece/chain (it's so lightweight that it won't stay settled in its grooves inside the display box) for the price, but am only slightly disappointed - it's still very nice.”

“I ordered a pocket watch with stand and had it engraved. I ordered early hours of Friday morning and it was delivered the very next day , I certainly wasn't expecting it so quick that's for sure. It arrived in a beautiful box inside 2 bubble wrap bags and a jiffy bag. Top marks, none of this crushed cardboard and damaged goods from these guys. The watch is gorgeous, a good weight to it, and a good click when you shut the front a quality looking and feeling piece . The engraving was clear and precise, easily readable and had the desired affect of bringing tears to the recipients eyes ( although that was probably my witty and thoughtful message rather than the quality of engraving) even so, it was spot on . So in essence , a beautiful looking watch, very well packaged and delivered faster than it took me to write this review . Would I buy from Dalvey again ?? Absolutely ,without hesitation. I had looked around and yes there were cheaper watches around but you get what you pay for and I'm definitely happy with my choice . A gift that will last a lifetime for sure . I've also received a follow up email making sure I was happy with my purchase ...yes Dalvey I absolutely am . Thank you very much .”

“The best gift I have ever given! He has really wanted a compass for some time and the Voyager Compass really made this a special birthday for him. It is a beautiful piece and I can't say enough about the customer service. Real people promptly responded to my questions, took the time to follow up to be sure they were preparing the compass as I wanted and quickly delivered the compass to my US address. “As a mariner, I always wanted to have a GOOD pocket compass, not the junk sold all over America. I was delighted to find Dalvey compasses 🧭 on the internet, and their convenient website brought me to the Dalvey Voyager. This compass 🧭 is beautifully crafted of the highest quality materials and has outstanding "fit & finish". What most impressed me about Dalvey was their ability to engrave and personalize these products on three different areas. I bought this Voyager compass 🧭 for myself, and I was so thrilled when it arrived. It was also packaged safely and securely in an attractive box. I will be purchasing more products from Dalvey. “I recently ordered a Christmas gift for my Grandson. It was a unique idea for him as he is a traveler in his business. He often gets off the tour bus to enjoy local areas. I was concerned about shipping arriving in time and ordered early. It arrived quickly and beautifully engraved. I am so happy I chose DALVEY for his Compass. “What a beautiful treasure! I am thrilled with the final product and can't wait to give this as a special gift! I ordered the pocket compass and it is amazingly cool! The top pops open like a pocket watch and while it is smaller than the other compass options, I think it is the perfect size to be functional on adventures! I was worried it might be too small, but it is still a sizable option. I think it's just perfect, especially if you plan to actually use it as intended! The customer service was exceptional and the turn-around time was incredibly impressive. It was only a matter of a few days between order placement and delivery - which I was nervous about as it was shipping internationally. Don't let the website fool you - the custom engraving is center justified and according to Flora in their customer service department when I emailed in a panic, "engraving is always centred on the engraving area, and carefully placed by our engravers so that it looks as good as possible, and the message is preserved. Line breaks are sometimes added so that the text fits well within the engraving area." Once you input your text the text displayed on your order look left justified. Hopefully this saves you your own panicked email to Flora! The only thing that would make this process better (and a bit less stressful) would be the website functionality to provide a "draft proof" so the customer could see exactly what the engraving might look like before ordering. Other than that, no complaints and a whole lotta thanks for a beautiful new treasure!”

“I purchased a compass from Dalvey and whilst I thought it looked nice on the website it absolutely blew me away when I received it. It is beautiful and the most perfect gift !
