“I ordered a Compass for my sons graduation because he was receiving his masters degree, I ordered it and it came very quickly. I live in Washington state USA and it took no time at all from Scotland. I can’t even believe how beautiful this compass is,it is absolutely stunning. and the engraving was perfect and the people that work there are wonderful!! Highly recommend them, and all their products absolutely incredible workmanship.”

“Recently I purchased the Grand Voyager Compass as an anniversary gift; where do I start with the amazing customer service and beautiful quality from Dalvey? I had a minor issue with the packaging and Adriana, Alexander, and Flora in customer care handled everything beautifully. I would not hesitate to order from Dalvey again!”

“I ordered a stunning high quality compass with a beautiful engraving of choice. I was genuinely a little shocked at how gorgeous it was when it arrived and how smooth it felt. It’s for my dad’s 50th birthday. Definitely recommend. Also fast service and safe packaging.”

“Ive ordered 2 products from Dalvey. A flask and then later a matching Hunter Pocket Watch. Both items exceeded my expectations in looks, craftsmanship and speed of delivery. The last delivery was damaged to to an inept delivery driver. Although item itself was not damaged the beautiful display box was. They sent a replacement immediatly. They kept in constant contact with updates. I highly recomend this company and those who work there. Refreshing change. And No i was not paid for this review.”

“We purchased a Grand Voyager Compass Blue Mop, engraved and in the presentation box gift wrapped. The product looked great online for a keepsake. Upon arrival, it was packaged up so immaculately that it was a shame to open it. The compass certainly didn't disappoint either it was a stunning piece of work. The service received from Dalvey matches their product, we were kept informed of the order progress all the way through and delivery was made very quickly.”

“Why am I satisfied? Let's start with great products. But, no matter how good the wares are it's the company behind the product. And most importantly, in my experience, it is the employees that bring excellence. My order was delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. The customer service team informed me of the circumstances and kept me informed. After a reasonable delay, I was offered the choice of either canceling the order or having express shipping of the item. I chose the latter. My brother was thrilled when he received the Grand Voyager. Problem solved. It is a pleasure working with people who are concerned about getting the job done. “You are buying a piece of art. I purchased a compass and had It engraved as an anniversary gift to my husband and Dalvey didn’t disappoint. It was stunning and i Was thrilled to give it to my husband. It arrived very quickly and was Very carefully wrapped and presented in a beautiful box. There were cheaper options on other websites but you are definitely paying to outstanding quality and i Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.”
