“Excellent craftsmanship, beautiful display case, and I received very good customer service when something went wrong with the order. The only 'downside' is that the display case has an inner lining that doesn't allow the compass to be open with the inside engraving facing forward. Probably easily solved by putting in a tissue or something like that, but a bit of a shame it's necessary. Still 100% recommend!”

“I bought the Full Hunter Pocket Watch Black with engraving. It was a gift for my son who was getting married. I compared it with many other watches, some more expensive and some less. But it was easily the best looking watch that I found. With the engraving and the presentation box, this was beyond doubt the perfect gift.
When I found this watch, it was only a week before the wedding. But I live in the Philadelphia area and was very concerned about getting it in time. The webiste says it can take up to 3 business days to ship and then 2-4 business days for express delivery. I could not risk not having the gift for him to wear at his wedding.
I reached out to Dalvey and corresponded with one of their customer service representtives (Jayyrd). He understood my concern and offered to expedite my order. If I placed my order and sent him notification by email, then he would mark it priority and ensure that it would ship the next day. He made me feel confident enough take a chance and do it.
I placed my order late on a Tuesday afternoon (EST) and it was shipped by noon (GMT) on Wednesday. I received the watch on Friday evening, within 3 days of placing my order.
