I have an electric kettle that I bought earlier which is very good. I bought the new kettle and toaster because I like the previous purchase. I have not used the items yet tho!

I ordered a 6 fin radiator and it arrived with a few little dinks! I contacted Daewoo and they are replacing it for which I'm grateful. Contacting them was simple and the whole process very organised. Awaiting my new rad! Great customer service. Thanks Daewoo 😊

Excellent customer service,no problems with ordering new basket and trivit.price was very fair and delivery very quick.couldn't ask for better service. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again should I need to.

The only downside to this kettle is, it’s not balanced right on the base ? Is that faulty or do they all shake ? Thanks ,

Light weight vacuum and extremely easy to carry around the house Especially if you have stairs. Different parts for stairs and corners making it easier to clean. The cordless vaccum requires charging and the disadvantage is it only lasts about 30-35 minutes once charged. As I ordered directly from Daewoo and they had 20% discount so it was good value for money. I think this vaccum is most suitable for smaller accommodation however can be used in larger houses if you charge it regularly.

I'm glad you found the vacuum to be light weight and easy to carry around the house, and that it was good value for money with the 20% discount. It sounds like it is an ideal vacuum for small and medium sized houses, and a great way to keep tight corners and stairways clean.

The hoover is okay i am not so sure about out the hoover head. I just decided to keep it the head let's the hoover down in my opinion

When our Dyson fan heater died on us we looked around to replace it and came across the Deawoo warm/cool fan heater of which the reviews were very good as was the price. We went ahead and purchased it and it arrived very promptly. We are very satisfied with the product and being able to extend the warranty at no extra cost was a bonus. We have only used the cool air fan at the moment but it certainly did the job so here's to a long life come the winter months when extra heat might be needed.

Lovely looking toaster but unfortunately doesn’t toast the bread evenly on each side I had one from Asda at £15 and it toasted more evenly.

Splendid Support & Service I had enjoyed great results using my Daewoo 17L Air Fryer SDA1032 for the last couple of years. However, several days ago, the heat function ceased which I guess, in simple terms, was equivalent to a bulb blowing! I phoned Customer Services and was told a technical colleague would be in touch by email which happened within minutes. I was asked to send a photo of my appliance as if about to use it and pertinent details of the problem. Very quickly I was asked to confirm my address and that a replacement lid would be sent. I received the replacement in perfect condition, within two days, and am again enjoying the great benefits of using such a superb product.
