“Received first air fryer and used once. On second use fryer failed. Contacted customer services by telephone. A rare event by most company’s standards but some one answered very quickly, and arranged for a replacement to be sent out (or I could have had a refund). A new air fryer was delivered the next day. The old one is to be collected by courier at my convenience for investigation. A real pleasure to deal with a company that takes pride in its customer service. Well done Daewoo, I would recommend you any one. Very pleased with the replacement air fryer. Faults will happen buts it’s how they are dealt with that matters.”

“The mini oven is attractive looking and stylish, however attention to detail lets it down a bit. Firstly there is no differentiating coloured line on the dials to read what the temperature is set at, or to read what setting it is on, only a tiny indentation in the same colour as the dials, and I find it is not easy to work out what these dials are set on and have to use a magnifying glass which is inconvenient, and may have to paint a line on the dials myself which should not be necessary. The second point is that the door handle is oversize and gets in the way a bit, and is at the very top of the door and has the potential to affect the balance of the oven as it seems slightly top heavy and can tend to tip forward easily when it is empty.”

“Item still not arrived, friend ordered same item (air fryer) being told is lost and has had refund, very poor service from direct company order, expect better service asking for review when don't even have the item”
