“I recently contacted Daewoo as my microwave I had for 2 years had cracked and the glass screen came loose off the front. After communicating with Daewoo and sending pictures over , they reviewed the issue and sent out a brand new microwave as I was still covered under my 3 year warranty. They communicated with my well and all issues were addressed promptly. Great service! Thank you”

“Straightforward shopping experience...Could do with faster shipping but since it was free so I don't mind another day or two. As for the product, perhaps they are the only one with corded stick vaccum. Cordless ones same if not less powerful, ten times more in price, run out of charge soon on full power, and are a pain if you forget to charge or don't have spare battery (more cost) on charge. Design wise, they should have push-button retractable cable with better coating material, push-button to empty bin, and a click lock for main stick to machine. I wouldn't mind paying another £20 if it had these basic features with has more to do with user experience and convinience than performance itself.”

“Bought a refrigerator from Sears the of course has the kenmore brand name on it but unfortunately I found out that Daewoo make it. Well not even after having it for less the two years the water inlet value cracked and leak on my floor which I didn’t notice right away which damaged my new floor. I have been trying to get this park from everywhere and was Informed that they are not making it anymore. How do you sell a 2,000 fridge and not make any parts for it. Please everyone don’t buy any Daewoo products they are not answering back to email from parts distributors or customers. Now I have a fridge with not water or ice dispenser Horrible company if I could rate the a zero I would. Make sure you find out the maker before purchasing.”

Daewoo is a brand name and different companies manufacture different products under this brand name, we do not have any affiliation or contact details with any other companies that manufacture under the Daewoo brand. There should be the manufacturers details on the product that should point you in the right direction or alternatively please contact the retailer / store the item was purchased from for further information. “Re: Purchase of Air Fryer My experience with your customer service dept. deserves 10 stars. From the first of many contacts made with them, they went out of their way to answer my emails quickly and efficiently. There was no obstruction from them regarding having to return the product and they kept me informed that the product was back with them and when they would issue the credit for it. Judging by this exceptional service given, compared to the disinterested customer services with other companies Daewoo should be very happy with their employees and reward them well. Because of the service received I will certainly recommend Daewoo and if needed purchase from them again in the future.”

“Purchased a Dyson Homage fan from Daewoo for a decent price. Quick delivery but it clicked on rotate so dealt with after sales . Returned it via UPS and they advised would I like a replacement or refund which was processed promptly.”
