“I ordered a St Gerard necklace for my partner who is training to become a midwife.
I didn’t find it particularly pretty but it was the sentiment behind it. I thought she could wear it under her uniform to act as a good luck charm for her, her mums and their babies.
However, everyone else found it pretty too so what did I know?
There was a delay in delivery but once I’d emailed I was answered quickly and with a satisfactory response.
The item arrived in the exact fashion as I’d be advised so the satisfactory response turned in to a happy resolution.

The downside of this was that a note came with it to say there was an under payment of £5 by the sender. Another inconvenience is that another identical Item has arrived, so I will have to take it back to the Post Office to return it.”
