“I came to Criminal Injuries Helpline with no hope and felt totally invalidated having had my case dropped and it not going to court. When they helped me through I felt listened too and understood. It was an easy experience all things considered. When I got the pay out I was shocked and thrilled in equal measure. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar position.”
