“I have only submitted my claim so can only review on the customer service provided by the Criminal injuries helpline itself, I filled out the online call back form. The morning after I was contacted within the time frame requested by a lovely lady, she asked only specific questions relevant to the incident and claim, no nonsense and such a good employee. It’s rare you can speak with a phone operative that has to stick to a script but yet, still manages to make it feel personal to each victim, I imagine, as that is how it felt on my part. Special thanks to Sanaa Hussain. Truly a great employee Kind regards Gemma Nock”
