“They were very polite, understanding and patient with me. The lady that dealt with me was apologetic when having to ask sensitive questions, which was really nice of her. My claim hasn’t finalised yet, but it’s promising and I’ve only done the initial interview, so the company is now investigating it. They are very professional as well as making you feel relaxed. It made the process easier than I thought it would be. Being able to go through the claim on WhatsApp was even better for me. On my experience so far, I would recommend Criminal Injuries Helpline.”
