Nice lights but searching the website from a mobile doesn’t lead to reliable results. While most companies now offer free returns, this company doesn’t. Calling customer service is not reliable (don’t pick up at all or just not helpful). Returning one item felt really complicated for something that should be made as easy as possible. I doubt we will order from this company again.

Your policy for taking money out of a customer’s refund to pay for YOUR returns to YOUR supplier is day light robbery, I would never deal with your company again.

My mistake! CP Lighting returns was easy, however I had to pay for my own courier to return (which they made clear from the start) and I could not return the light bulbs.

I placed my order on the 16th September only to receive an email on the 26th September reminding me about the ridiculous returns policy.
