Nice lights but searching the website from a mobile doesn’t lead to reliable results. While most companies now offer free returns, this company doesn’t. Calling customer service is not reliable (don’t pick up at all or just not helpful). Returning one item felt really complicated for something that should be made as easy as possible. I doubt we will order from this company again.

Great website. Pictures and information very clear. I rang to ask a question and the lady couldn’t have been more helpful. The delivery was quick and the packaging to protect the lights was great. I had to return an item as it didn’t fit and the return was easy and the refund very quick within 3 days. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed when the rug I bought, described as 100% cotton chenille, turned out to be polyester. It also arrived with a return letter from another customer, returned for the same reason and with dirty marks underneath. After quite a bit of too and fro I have however returned the rug and been issued with a refund. Communication was quick and I note that the web description has now been changed.
