“The delivery was not what we where first advised, on getting near to our delivery date we where informed a further wait of eight weeks was what we could expect. A least when our furniture was delivered it was every bit as good as we had hooped for.”

“I ordered an ornament on line for a present. It wasn’t delivered. I called and they said it had been, then they said it hadn’t been dispatched. They then sent it out. The product is nice but not good that it wasn’t sent out without me following it up”

“Very pleased with the furniture we ordered. However, being solid timber it was extremely heavy and we didn't know until I checked with the driver that it is only a one-man delivery - this is perhaps something that the company should have made clearer. Fortunately my husband was here to help, and the 5* review is really for the delivery driver who went above and beyond to help get it up the stairs”

“Jesus Christ Bless You The item I bought which is the large tall gold vase. I find this vase amazing. It is a beautiful decorative piece for any room in the your home. The only thing I was disappointed about was you didn’t sell it to me at price match even though you promised in your advert. But overall service was good. Delivery was very fast. I encourage everyone to buy it and don’t forget the price match advert make sure you have saved some money on the item. Thank you”

“I ordered a large piece of furniture from Cp Lighting and Interiors. I was a little concerned as I'd never heard of them and it was quite a lot of money. I ordered the item online and I received confirmation by phone call. Communication was great. I was kept up to date about delivery. The item arrived in perfect condition. Great stuff.”

We have looked at your order and we actually delivered this early!, your Estimated Delivery Date was 28th March and we dispatched your order on 20th March with DPD on a next day delivery service so you should have received this on Thursday 21st March? (7 days' early). This isn't the level of service we expect from our couriers so we will put an enquiry in to find out why this wasn't delivered on a next working day service. “Helpful on the phone - checked something for me before I ordered a 2nd of a previous item. Came speedily. Well packed. Very pleased with the firm. We had a problem with the instructionsover construction, but that is the manufacturer. Sorted because we already had a Dar standard lamp! If we had needed help I am sure Cp lighting would have helped. Would use them again.”
