“Super customer service via the IG page, dispatch and delivery was practically within 2 days and continuously updated personally. The actual product was great value for money, quite unique and also had a promo code which was found easily online. Very pleased and would definitely order from here again. Added to that, the sustainable nature of their products is fantastic.”

“No response to email, my order still hasn’t arrived. Order states delayed with no further information moved since last 2 days. It has been over the shipping timescale which I paid for.”

Hello Sabina, We're so very sorry to hear your package has not arrived. That's extremely frustrating for you. It was shipped same day and we are liaising with EVRI to find out what's happened. Meanwhile as per our email exchange we have sent another package, on next day delivery and we will track its progress to ensure it arrives safely. As a small, new business customer service means everything to us. We hope our actions help mitigate the failure of the shipping to deliver.

Dear Valentins We were very sorry to hear your package was delayed in transit. That's really frustrated when you're waiting for a product. As you know from the product tracking we ship the next day but unfortunately it appears your parcel was mislaid by the couriers in transit. We dispatched another package and I'm pleased it arrived safely. As a small business customer service is so important to us and I'm sorry the courier service impacted your views of us.
