Hello Denise. Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies that your order has not been delivered in a timely manner. “Very difficult to navigate. Difficult to start a return. When submiting a ticket is unclear whether they will reply by email or somewhere in your account. No email confirmantion or guidelines on how long would a response take. Can't contact sellers directly either, as I would have rather discussed the return before proceeding as some elements remain unclear to me.”

“As of today, I am yet to receive my parcel. The Evri is the worst when fulfilling customer orders. Despite several communications with their non-existent customer service, I could not get my par El to be delivered. I cannot review a product I have not received.”

We have sent you an email with the EVRI tracking delivery notice (with photos) which shows it was handed to your neighbour on 7th March.
