“Accepted Order, queried order, ignored clarifications, late response, defective printing and cropping because they (by their own admission) rushed the job. When the prints finally arrived they were poorly trimmed (no doubt because of the rushing) and were of no use - I was promised a refund which never ever materialised - AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Item came damaged with streaks in the print work. I was promised a replacement last Thursday at the latest (i.e. 9 days ago) and none has materialised. When I emailed them about the error they look repeated emails to even reply to me. Now I just think they are buying time before I report to the credit card company.”

Customer service has always been 10/10 too with fast responses. I would highly recommend, in fact, I always recommend to anybody I know in the market for such items.”

“Can not fault colourgraphics on price, quality and customer service....all this is excellent, but the new website’s file upload system doesn’t work and their delivery company of choice is more than useless...you don’t know which day your delivery is arriving on. Time to change to DPD where everyone is informed as to when your delivery is arriving in a one hour window sent to you. The last few deliveries for the current courier have all been delayed by a day at least. That might be okay for companies with offices but for the solo entrepreneur it means staying in all day with no hint of whether the print will arrive that day or the next. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. I’ve been with colourgraphics for many years and am proud to give my printed items out to my clients, but I always have to tell them the lead time is ten working days to make sure they are not disappointed, that’s on a four day turnaround on the website! I do hope they get their website sorted soon and change their courier, but in the meantime I will continue to support this excellent company.”

“Excellent quality outdoor banner and on eco friendly no pvc material just a shame that is was wrapped in several metres of cling film when it arrived. Surely cardboard would have been a better choice for a supposedly "geeen" banner.”

Hi Carloine. Thanks for the review. Our clings are PVC Free, recyclable, biodegradable and made from 15% recycled resources.
