They left a big hole in my kitchen for nearly 3 weeks letting the cold in . They didn't plaster the ceiling where they changed the fan in bathroom or kitchen. Didn't show us how to use the new appliances so in 4 day we used over 100 pound in electric. Shocking service to be. How every they have made things right now and everything they done since had been 10 out 10.”

“Bad communication. Only wanted loft insulation next thing I knew I was being told I needed vents in my doors and windows even though I have wall air vents which is draughty enough for me thank you. Then heard I had refused to have this done which was incorrect. Told them my doors were hollow and they would difficulty doing vents on them.”
“Wish the property had been left un touched. The workmen were disrespectful of belongings. They didn’t cover carpets or remove their boots. They never made appointments just turned up when they wanted. Quality of products not to the standard that got removed. Property now going damp in certain rooms. Still trying to clean building materials from walls and carpets. Totally unhappy.”
“There was a lack of communication. no shows from contractors several times, and a long wait to get all work finished. I had a few complaints regarding the contractors work, causing damage, not cleaning up after themselves.The site manager did resolve the complaints, apologised, and also helped me with a sofa, and some compensation for all the issues that were caused.”

..reseading the grass because it is ruined due to all the rubbish being left on it for so long
..gas box to be either changed or for the gap around the existing one to be filled in with insulation..this backs onto the cupboard underneath the stairs & is the coldest part of the house..a gale comes through every time we open the cupboard door
..the collar on the boiler pipe work isn't fixed properly to the wall in the kitchen
..the mess that was left when the new extractor fan was fitted in the kitchen, we have had to fix ourselves because we were fed up of waiting & wanted to redecorate
..loose tv & telephone cables hanging loose outside needs fixing to the walls
..where the new loft hatch was put in all around it needs to be tidied up & repainted
People have been round lots of times to see what needs doing but as yet nothing has been done

“The fitters were really good. Quick yet careful. Replaced a missing tile for me. The scaffolding was put up & taken away without any fuss or disruption. It was a great job all round.”
