The initial cost is competetive,and when you add delivery cost it isn't as competetive. There was a 3 or 4 day wait for the package.

I purchased three items and awaiting next day delivery only to find out they dpd had lost the parcel, so when i got in touch to find out where the items were clarkes golf said it had been lost and when I reordered one of the items was out of stock so very disappointed. Eventually I got the other two other items next day.

We have looked into your order and can see that as soon as we were notified that your parcel was lost we sent out replacement items. Unfortunately one of the items was not in stock. Awaiting for a difference size as the golf shoes where to big, looks like I’m not getting them before Xmas though which is a shame as they are a present for my son

We have looked into your order and I can see we received the returned shoes back on Saturday 21st December. We then dealt with the exchange on Thursday. The delay was due to the Christmas holidays. I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dusky Blue Quater Zip for a Christmas present and when it came, it was a completely different colour to what was implied in the picture online. It was more of a bright navy blue and looked totally different. I sent it back and only received a partial refund with no explanation as to why.

We have looked into your order and we can see that originally the incorrect picture was put on the website. This has now been amended. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person. You were indeed charged for postage which I have now refunded in full due to the item not being as described. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person. I was informed that the gloves would arrive within 2-3 working days. They did not do so in time for an away golf trip. Had I known that they would not have arrived in time, I would have purchased the gloves elsewhere.

We then received the club on Tuesday 18th June and this was sent straight out to you. Unfortunately there was a slight delay with DPD and the club got delivered on 21st June. Purchase ladies. Calloway golf shoes label said they were £79.99 which was the same price label on the same brand but different sizes after purchasing I notice I had been charged £89 when I question this was told the warehouse had made a mistake with the price!!! The shop was busy and I didn't want to make a fuss. I came away very disappointed !

Hi Sandra, I'm very sorry about this, in this instance the member of staff should have honored the price on the box, I have just sent across a £10 gift card to your e-mail address, which can be spent in store or online. If you currently do not require any new golfing products - please call 01744 419914 and we can refund the £10 direct into your bank account if you prefer. Have ordered a custom made Ping Chipr (left handed) and paid in advance, using your Paypal link. Although I have received the usual Paypal confirmation, I have received no communication from Clarkes Golf (Golf Trading Ltd) so I have no idea whether the order has been received!! I did order the club under the “free next business day” option but it’s now a week since I ordered.

The two shoes were slightly different colours. One has clearly been on display for a long time and is dirty which is not good when they are supposed to be brand new

Went to order stealth 2 driver and stealth 2 fairway 3 wood advertised with a free cap Went to checkout and was charged £14.95 for the cap so decided not to bother on principle so will spend my £500+ elsewhere I did get an email offering the cap for free but that’s not the point why try it on for an extra £14.95 never mind

Put order in Tuesday didn’t hear nothing no email confirming my order rang Thursday part of order not in stock but couldn’t be bothered to let me know.they are normally very good but this time not good girl on phone doesn’t know how to talk to customers I think she must own the company or something if she doesn’t own it then she needs to find a different occupation

Still not received the order, even say they tried to deliver 3 times even though I was in the house everyday waiting for the parcel???????? So you will need to send these out again as I will not be making any payments from. I’m on until I receive my goods from yourselves. I appreciate it’s not directly your fault, it’s the couriers fault for just being lazy and incompetent. Most of the staff are very helpful and pleasant, however the so called store manager is arrogant and has a very high opinion of himself actually annoys me when I see him in the store.

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. I have looked into your order and I can see that we had a stock error with your order. We do run a live stock website and we work very hard to ensure it is accurate, unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to locate your item. We did however try to call you and also emailed you advising that we have ordered it direct from the supplier and it would incur a 3 day delay. There were 2 issues with my order of 3 items. (1 wrong size sent, 1 item with faulty zip) Hopefully I will get a full refund (in process) but it was trouble I wasn’t expecting.

Nice top, but not as advertised. Advertised as having wind and rain proof properties, this is only a thin top for warm days or for under a jacket etc.
