The product has not been delivered. Attempted twice but the didn’t get as far as my house to deliver.

I tried to do my order on a payment plan and it kept refuses it then it changed and went straight through to one payment and you's took it without me stopping it which I was not happy with I won't be using you again.

I am still waiting for my shoes to be delivered, I don’t know where they are as EVRI app says they delivered to their locker and I have an email from Clarke golf saying they have he shoes.

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf we read every email always trying to ensure we give the best possible customer service. We have had a look at your order and can see from the email trail EVRI tried to deliver multiple times. You asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place. We as a business do not allow this as the parcel is not insured and can go missing. We also offered a Saturday/Sunday delivery. The parcel was returned back to us as EVRI were unable to deliver. You then advised us to keep hold of the parcel until you were back from holiday. This we have done. We then received an email yesterday at 23.26 asking for the parcel to be sent as you are now back from holiday. After reviewing the situation we feel like we kept you informed all the way and and we have given you exceptional service. Regards Clarkes' Golf

An email confirmation was sent to you advising that the refund had been actioned. I bought some Ecco shoes and have had lots of emails from EVRI to say shoes are getting delivered, shoes are on the way , shoes are in depot, shoes are delayed. So while I have spoken with Andy in Clarke’s golf shop and he was very helpful to date there has not been a delivery . Can’t blame Clarkes but if I don’t rate it as poor you cannot rectify the problem

Maybe not Clarkes fault but Evri cancelled delivery 3 times. Making over a week since ordering item. Maybe Clarke need to consider a different courier.

I ordered some golf shoes nearly 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the parcel after being told it was being shipped over a week ago. I then sent an email asking for an update and received no response.

I have looked at your order and I can see you ordered on the 3rd May and we sent your shoes out 7th due to the bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately, the order did not receive a scan. I can see that you emailed in on Friday 10th May and you did not get a response. I am so sorry as this level of service is not acceptable, we pride ourself on great customer service and in this instance you did not receive it. I have tracked your order and I can see it was delayed slightly and was with you within the week. Returned my jumper as it was too small for a refund Jumper originally cost £34.95, £37.95 with postage they only refunded me £30.00 I know it’s only £4.95 but it’s the principle. Won’t be using you again.

I ordered a golf voucher but got no indication of how it will be delivered or when. When I tried to track it the system would not work on my phone or computer. Not at all helpful.

We have checked your order and we can see you bought on the 4th on a standard 2 to 3 day delivery and you in fact received your order the next day. We actually exceeded the promised delivery date. You then sent the item back for an exchange on a FREE 48hour service. The item you required was not in stock so we asked if you required an alternative. Goods haven’t arrived. Fantastic Service!! It’s been over a week!! 2-3 day delivery promised and FAILED!! Will never use again! I only used you (to spend a £5 voucher) because a birthday gift I’d received still had a security tag on it!!
