“I had a slight issue with my Ping 5 Wood. Contacted Andy Spencer who arranged to return it to Ping who agreed to resolve, despite being well outside the warranty. The whole thing was resolved, and the club returned to me within a couple of weeks. Fantastic customer service as always from both Clarke's Golf and Ping, with a special thank you to Andy!”
