Good afternoon Thank you for your review, we read every one of them always striving to give the best possible service. I have had a look at your order and I can see you received your order the next day. This was ahead of schedule as you opted for a 2-3 day delivery. You then returned the shoes to us on 14th December on a free 48 hour service, due to the weekend we received the shoes back to us on Monday 18th December and we then sent the replacement straight out by return and the replacement was received by yourself on 19th December. “I’ve ordered a few things from here namely a paradym 3 wood that had to be ordered in from Callaway. Customer service was excellent and delivery arrived prior to the date given. My most recent purchase was a glove and it was delivered promptly within 3 working days.”
