“I ordered a Footjoy Golf backpack for my son-in-law for Christmas and came across Clarkes Golf whilst searching. Delivery was free and the price cheaper than other golf outlets. I will definitely use Clarkes again.”

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf, we read every review. Always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have checked your order and we can see you bought on the 4th on a standard 2 to 3 day delivery and you in fact received your order the next day. We actually exceeded the promised delivery date. You then sent the item back for an exchange on a FREE 48hour service. The item you required was not in stock so we asked if you required an alternative. We can confirm the FREE exchange was sent out the same day on a next day service. After reviewing this order we believe that you actually received exceptional service. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf

“I had a hiccup immediately after the order being processed (completely my fault as I ordered the incorrect size). I did a live chat with Clarkes Golf and the chap promptly made a first class effort to rectify my mistake and within moments he had sorted the order and changed sizes. Not only that the item was sent out and I got it the very next day”
