I have tracked your order and I can see it was delayed slightly and was with you within the week. “I purchased a pair of Ecco golf shoes from Clarkes last year. Several months after purchasing them the colour started to fade in the toes, to the extreme it made the shoes look scruffy and tired after barely 4 months of use, it clearly was a fault of the product. I contacted Clarkes customer services to tell them what had happened to the shoe and was half expecting a challenging exchange of emails and resistance to a refund/replacement. However what happened was the complete opposite. Kelly agreed the fading shouldn't have happened and agreed to provide replacement golf shoes up to the equivalent value. Andy in the Rainford shop couldn't have provided a better customer service when I turned up, he was understanding, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was so refreshing and I know for sure I will order as much as I can from Clarkes in the future...excellent stuff from everybody involved.”

“Tried 2 pairs of ECCO shoes which unfortunately were not wide enough. Spoke to Ainsley in Customer Service who sorted everything out and a new pair are now on thier way. Excellent service from Ainsley and will certaily be using again.”

“Bought a ping waterproof jacket, which was less than everywhere else by just a little, but it came in sealed plastic wrapping, proving it had never even been tried on by someone else, which is what I personally prefer, and there was nothing wrong with it, and I love wearing it (haven't used it in the rain yet, but I'm sure it will do the job, ad I had the previous version, which was excellent, so this must be an improvement on that).”
