“I had an issue with a golf bag. Zip failed. The bag was under warranty. New bag supplied by the manufacturer. Return process explained fully.(DPD) All resolved smoothly with excellent communication. 5 star customer service..thanks Clarkes Golf.”

“I bought some Ecco shoes and have had lots of emails from EVRI to say shoes are getting delivered, shoes are on the way , shoes are in depot, shoes are delayed. So while I have spoken with Andy in Clarke’s golf shop and he was very helpful to date there has not been a delivery . Can’t blame Clarkes but if I don’t rate it as poor you cannot rectify the problem”

“Fantastic company to deal with. I ordered left handed clubs for my son and must have clicked right hand by mistake, clubs were delivered quickly. I got in touch with Kelly from customer support, she immediately gave me a return label, I rushed to the post office to return, sent my return receipt and the next day left handed clubs arived about 9am next day. What more could I ask for, particularly in the UK these days. Would recommend Clarkes Golf to anyone, my son loves his clubs, great quality and good fair price. Thanks Kelly! I will be borrowing from my Dad to learn then I will buy my first set from Clarkes.”

“Bought a three wood and a used driver recently. Unfortunately had issues with face on the driver which popped out. Returned and managed to find another driver as a replacement without any quibbling. Got it a bit cheaper so picked up some bargain Ecco well.”
