Ordered 4 dozen yellow Srixon balls but 4 dozen white ones arrived. Box was quite damaged so decided not to try to return them

Good morning Thank you for your review, I have had a look at your order and I can see that you ordered a Cobra Driver. I can confirm Cobra no longer supply the wrenches to their clubs, assuming you will already have one as they are generic. My recent order was delivered to a completely different address to mine so I am uneasy ordering more items as this could happen again.

Product dispatched fine although 2x emails sent connected to delivery problems and offer attached to order received no reply at all - customer service seems non existent

I have looked into your comments and I have searched your emails and they have landed in our junk file. I am sorry about this. I can can honestly say that we pride ourselves in our email responses and we aim to get back to everyone if not straight away , within a 24 hour period wherever possible. Order arrived promptly but didn’t fit so I returned. Was surprised to see that my refund was minus your postage fee. This is not the same as other golf equip suppliers so I will not use Clarkey again I’m afraid

I placed an order on Tuesday 16th August and had an email that goods were despatched. Not having received goods on 19th, I rang and was told it hadn't been shipped and the goods were not in stock. I was told goods were arriving in to stock on 22nd August. I was given a discount, but as of today 24th, I am still to receive my goods.

I have looked into your order and I can see we did have a stock error with your item and we did offer you discount because of the error. We do run a live stock website and we work really hard to ensure this is accurate at all times, however on this occasion we were unable to locate your item. I can see we ordered the item in for you and this was delivered on 26th August. Once again we apologise for the error and We hope this does not put you off using us in the future. I placed my order but was then informed that the web site was not correct and Iu did not have my shoes. So can’t write a review . The lady I spoke to was very nice .

Not advertised that shoes were a Narrow fit, not standard but narrow. Won’t buy from this company again

My golf shoes arrived ontime but i found the right shoe very tight which caused blisters on the back of my foot after 7 holes. I had to change shoes mid round. Would say order a size bigger but then your left shoe maybe too big.

ordered sketchers golf shoes with next day delivery as i was going toTurkey within days.did not turn up the next day or the following 2 days. phoned shop on the Saturday was told they couldnot help and to call the warehouse as it was Saturday unable to contact until Monday. was told on Monday that the shoes were being returned to them by DPD for some reason they did not know!!!! informed that they would be sent out that day for next day delivery, 2 days later still nothing, phoned warehouse they or DPD had no idea where the shoes were??? cancelled the order and got refunded. Not good, staff need to be on the ball more as for DPD ! get another courrier .would i use Clarks golf again, what do you think!!

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We are not only keen to hear the good reviews, but we feel that if we are going to improve as a company on our customer service we also need to hear the bad experiences that you have encountered so that we can ensure this does not happen again. I have looked into your order in detail. The shoes were purchased on Wednesday 20th April at 18.35. and they were sent out on a next day service on the 21st April. Unfortunately, the shoes never made it to the destination, instead, they were supposedly rerouted back to ourselves. We were unable to contact DPD until Monday when they reopened at 8 am. On Monday we were told that they were re-routed back to ourselves. (In fact, we did not receive them and they were lost). We should have at this point offered you an alternative pair of shoes as we did not have another pair of the ones originally ordered. I apologise that this was not done. I also apologise that you feel there was a lack of contact or explanation over the weekend. We do work hard on our customer service, and our Reviews do reflect this. It is very important to us as a business that we do not make the same mistake again and we have put measures in place to ensure this. With regards to DPD, we send thousands of parcels out throughout the year and we have found them to be very reliable and their tracking in the main is second to none. I hope this explanation helps and your experience does not put you off shopping with us again Regards Sue

Fully stocked shop that’s the positive, found 1 member of staff with an attitude problem and was offered 40% less than anywhere else on a trade in value. Won’t go again. Shame

The Sketchers golf shoes which clearly stated that they were waterproof are definitely not. I wore the shoes once and had wet socks after the game. These shoes have been returned to Clarke’s and they have agreed to replace/refund them.

I tried to buy a set of irons from your website which said they were in stock I paid for them and 2 days later was told that they were no longer available I had a complete refund the following day
