“Outstanding service - won carry golf bag at a charity comp the was purchased from Clark’s - I had several problems with wear and tear after 3/12 of use that Clark’s took the on board - sending the details to manufacturer that reimbursed cost - i chose to replace with a better version with their help - thank you and strongly recommend them”

“I purchased three items and awaiting next day delivery only to find out they dpd had lost the parcel, so when i got in touch to find out where the items were clarkes golf said it had been lost and when I reordered one of the items was out of stock so very disappointed. Eventually I got the other two other items next day.”

He was thorough and went through every small detail in helping my daughter understanding her golf swing . “Pricing order and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing error (no fault of Clarkes). I raised it at 8pm on a Thursday night and by 08:00 Friday I had a new item on the way, with a prepaid returns label and a gift card apology. Saturday 10:00 the new item arrived. Not their fault, but can’t ask for better service and resolution Well done”
