Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf your views are very important to us. We only found out your parcel hadn't arrived when you emailed us on the 22nd January, we replied to you within 30 minutes and advised we would look into this immediately. This is what we did and we offered to send a replacement out straight away, however we did not have any more in stock and we were unable to source from the supplier. I can see from your file that you opted for a full refund. I apologise on behalf of the courier for the delay and inconvenience caused and I hope this does not put you off shopping with Clarkes' Golf in the future. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf

“Purchased via web a pair of Footjoy shoes….unfortunately too big & not as comfortable as I expected. Fortunately, I live close to Clarke’s at Rainford so personally returned them. Highly impressed by the customer experience/care….no quibble at all. 2nd time I have purchased and cannot fault at all both shipment & customer service….par excellence & yes…pun intended !!”
