“I ordered new irons which were advertised with a dozen free golf balls which I never received I emailed Clarkes and they got them delivered the next day, I noticed a few days later my cost of the irons had been reduced I emailed again and again a gift card was received the next, great company to deal with.”

“I ordered a waterproof golf bag that was advertised as having a ‘rain hood’. Bag arrived but no rain hood. It’s currently winter so unable to use the bag yet and I have no other bag I can use. First email to Clarke’s went unanswered and second one said they were going to contact the manufacturer rather then send me another rain hood/cover. Still waiting.”
