“Put order in Tuesday didn’t hear nothing no email confirming my order rang Thursday part of order not in stock but couldn’t be bothered to let me know.they are normally very good but this time not good girl on phone doesn’t know how to talk to customers I think she must own the company or something if she doesn’t own it then she needs to find a different occupation”

“Prompt delivery. Unfortunately the items did not fit they were not true to size. Disappointed I had to pay for returns will put me off using again, and will look for another online service that gives free returns.”

I can confirm that we do charge for return postage, however if you were to exchange for an alternative item this would be free of charge. “I am amazed at the service I have had with Clarkes golf, compared to one of their larger competitors. I have upgraded my driver and initially purchased one online via AG. Who told me the website was incorrect and they had cancelled my order as it was out of stock. No other alternative other than just keep checking the website. I then purchased the same driver via Clarkes Golf, sadly they too contacted me to say it was out of stock. But this is where I am amazed at the service they have provided for me. Rather than just telling me to keep checking the website, they offered a solution. They offered me the next level driver above, with the same specification at no extra cost. This blew me away as this type of service I never get. The driver arrived next day delivery at no extra cost, which again I think is amazing. On opening up my driver, I noticed that there was not a tool for adjusting the loft. I contacted Clarkes golf who explained that taylormade no longer send them with the tool, however they would see if they have one and would send one out for me. Again at no extra cost, and this arrived at 9.10am the following morning! I will certainly be using Clarkes golf going forward, and will suggest my friends and work colleagues who I play golf with do also! Cheaper price, and by a country mile better service 👍”
