We have looked into your order and I can see we received the returned shoes back on Saturday 21st December. We then dealt with the exchange on Thursday. The delay was due to the Christmas holidays. “I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dusky Blue Quater Zip for a Christmas present and when it came, it was a completely different colour to what was implied in the picture online. It was more of a bright navy blue and looked totally different. I sent it back and only received a partial refund with no explanation as to why.”

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always striving to improve our customer service. We have looked into your order and we can see that originally the incorrect picture was put on the website. This has now been amended. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person. You were indeed charged for postage which I have now refunded in full due to the item not being as described. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person.
