Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf your views are very important to us as we are always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have looked into your order and we can see you ordered this on Saturday 21st December at 8.20pm. The parcel was picked and packed on Monday 23rd and sent out on a next day delivery with DPD. Unfortunately it seems that your parcel was delayed and your shipment arrived on 27th due to Christmas holidays. “Had to look for Winter Shoes and Clarkes had a pair of Footjoy for a discounted price probably £30 cheaper than anywhere else. They shipped by DPD the next day. What a quality service and will be my number one choice for golf gear in 2025”

“Outstanding service - won carry golf bag at a charity comp the was purchased from Clark’s - I had several problems with wear and tear after 3/12 of use that Clark’s took the on board - sending the details to manufacturer that reimbursed cost - i chose to replace with a better version with their help - thank you and strongly recommend them”
