“Received a phone call saying that there had been a delay with my PV1s arriving from the manufacturer, but they will be delivered tomorrow as we now have them in stock. The following day the balls arrived. THANK YOU.”

“Have ordered a custom made Ping Chipr (left handed) and paid in advance, using your Paypal link. Although I have received the usual Paypal confirmation, I have received no communication from Clarkes Golf (Golf Trading Ltd) so I have no idea whether the order has been received!! I did order the club under the “free next business day” option but it’s now a week since I ordered.”

We have looked into your order and we can see it was a custom club that was ordered, and would need to be built by Ping. Your order did say next day delivery, this is an IT error and it has now been rectified and will not happen again. We apologise for this error and the delay in receiving the club.
