There was the next working day delivery option and I chose that. All good. It arrived in time as promised. “I ordered a waterproof golf bag that was advertised as having a ‘rain hood’. Bag arrived but no rain hood. It’s currently winter so unable to use the bag. Despite this ‘fault’ by Mizuno, Kelly at Clarkes went out of her way to sort this out and provided a new bag. Her service was excellent, and she followed up regularly. New bag has arrived and I am happy with the bag and particularly the service from Kelly at Clarkes.”
