About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

“Delivery delay of 2 weeks due to Company's inability to follow simple delivery instructions.”

“I made order of £200 several weeks ago. Cigars were dispatched but never arrived, was told courier had returned them to seller as damaged in transit. Still waiting for my order after more than 3 weeks and £200 out of pocket. Have used Cigar Club on several occasions without any problems but very unhappy this time.”

“I ordered a packet of 5 Montecristo no4 and paid for an express delivery. They arrived DRY and leaves peeled on the first two when cut, I paid £120 for 5 quality cigars not a pack of 5 Cadbury’s Flakes 😡 I’m not sure that I would order again with such poor quality control.”

“I spent £40 on a cigar for my uncles birthday which never arrived. This was very disappointing as I had to turn up to his party empty handed. Furthermore the cigar club has not responded to my 2 emails asking for a refund. Is this a scam?? Do not recommend shopping with them.”
