“Even before I ordered the item (the Jual JF305-OB nest of coffee tables) I was impressed by the friendly and helpful service. I even had a response to a question from the Managing Director. I placed the order directly and the item was delivered with a few days. I would definitely order another Jual product from them again.”

“Fantastic product, exactly as ordered, great price, service swift and spot on. Only downside was instructions say sign as damaged when glass included but UPS will not allow you to sign as damaged only unchecked otherwise they will take the product away. Thankfully all glass was intact and looks great.”

“Cannot fault Chase AV for ease of use of website, no nonsense and fuss free order process and delivery. Having been let down by numerous companies over deliveries for the renovation of a room I ordered a desk from Chase AV as the final piece of furniture required with some trepidation and had put it off for quite some time as I didnt have the emotional strength and resiliance to enter into another round of phone calls when goods didnt materialise. Chase offered next day delivery on the product I wanted. I didnt want it the next day but 2 days later when I was scheduled to be at home. I put this request in the notes box. I got an acknowledgement email. And then another saying the order was being processed. At approx 9:20 am on the day I had requested, the delivery arrived. All the parts were there, nothing was damaged and the desk assembled like a dream. As an added bonus with a 10% discount the desk was cheaper than anywhere else. I am hoping that I never need to order furniture again but if I do this company will be my first port of call.”

“As described in the title, 3 things that seem to be hard to come by these days. I must say though this company delivered full marks on all counts! The product was a beautiful tv stand which looks amazing. The thing came very neatly packaged with tools and even came with white gloves to wear whilst I built it. The building was probably the easiest assembly of anything I ever had to put my hand too and the quality was top notch. The price was slightly cheaper than any where I could find on the net which was my in to purchasing from this company. Nothing more to be said there. Good price. The service and delivery was much faster than I anticipated however I had no idea it was to arrive on he day it did. Luckily I was home and seeing as it came sooner than expected it was a pleasant (lucky) surprise. Overall I will definitely consider this company again and I will definitely recommend to others.”

“Ordered on the Monday evening, following day I received a phone call to say it would be delivered the following day ( Wednesday), so quick. However it was not convenient so I requested Thursday. What more could you ask for. Product is just what I wanted. All very good.”
