“Excellent on line web site and ordering procedure. Confirmation of order was immediate followed up by a phone call to give delivery details. Delivery was next working day at lunchtime. Would highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with the service and product. Ordered on Friday, arrived Monday. Well packaged. Easy to put together and good quality. My only gripe would be that the best looking bit of the stand (Rear support) is actually hidden when the HiFi Separates are on it. Very happy and would definitely buy from again.”

“Fantastic product, exactly as ordered, great price, service swift and spot on. Only downside was instructions say sign as damaged when glass included but UPS will not allow you to sign as damaged only unchecked otherwise they will take the product away. Thankfully all glass was intact and looks great.”

“Cannot fault Chase AV for ease of use of website, no nonsense and fuss free order process and delivery. Having been let down by numerous companies over deliveries for the renovation of a room I ordered a desk from Chase AV as the final piece of furniture required with some trepidation and had put it off for quite some time as I didnt have the emotional strength and resiliance to enter into another round of phone calls when goods didnt materialise. Chase offered next day delivery on the product I wanted. I didnt want it the next day but 2 days later when I was scheduled to be at home. I put this request in the notes box. I got an acknowledgement email. And then another saying the order was being processed. At approx 9:20 am on the day I had requested, the delivery arrived. All the parts were there, nothing was damaged and the desk assembled like a dream. As an added bonus with a 10% discount the desk was cheaper than anywhere else. I am hoping that I never need to order furniture again but if I do this company will be my first port of call.”
