“could only give 4 star for order 69041 lamp table as when it was assembled the bottom of the table was put on the wrong way round so that the adjustment holes for the feet were at the back not the front. Otherwise everything else was excellent.”

“I purchased an MDA Sirius 1200 av unit. The price was one of the best online. The item arrived promptly, however there was a part missing and a slight blemish in one of the facias(I am a very fussy sod, so am sure most people would have never noticed it) I emailed chase, and they replied the same day( about 7pm ish!) The required parts were sent the next day, well packed and arrived safe and sound. I assembled the unit with ease and am very happy with the finish and look of the unit. 100% will use chase again and would recommend to anyone too. It just goes to show, that even though there were initially issues, they were resolved promptly and satisfactorily too. A sign of an honest company that still cares about customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again.”
