“Ordered the heavy duty snow shovel as it was the cheapest found anywhere online. And both my old wooden handles snapped during the last snowfall. The product did not arrive on the specified time and no communication whatsoever from shop to indicate when it would arrive. I wasn’t chasing just wha to know when to expect so I would be home to collect on delivery. Rang up customers support which said there was huge demand ( understandable as it had been snowing heavily). However I explained I was chasing and wanted to know when to expect delivery so I can be home. He said he doesn’t know, but since they use DPD or similar, they would send a text with delivery date before delivery. Ultimately the product was delivered without any notice and whilst I was at work. I could have scheduled to be WFH if I had notice. Very poor customer service”
“We live out in the sticks and mice had got into our dog food. I found what we needed on the simple to navigate website, ordered it and it arrived in one piece.”

“The bin was good. Packaging was shocking! Flimsy box stuffed on one side with dirty, gritty used scraps of multiple packages packaging complete with shipping info's, and brown tape! Unfortunately this was my first order with the Bin shop. Update: Bin shop got in touch via a phone call and apologized, spoke to a lovely lady who offered to refund half my purchase. Very cool. I think after this reaching out to me I am confident that if anything does go wrong with a future purchase, it would be handled appropriately. I feel satisfied with this outcome.”

“The bin works perfectly for storing wild bird feed. We live near a forest and the previous bin kept getting over-turned and 'broken in to' by animals. This one has remained upright and secure.”

The only improvement that could be made is that the labels fit the recesses on the bins rather than being paper sizes but that is a very minor point”
