“I am very satisfied with the fast delivery and quality. However, the price of the product seems to be more expensive than the feeling of the product, so it is a little disappointing. Also, I have to pay tax upon delivery, so I'm a little upset that I bought it at a very high price.”

Dear Bitna, Thank you for your feedback. The reason you had to pay tax upon delivery of your parcel is due to products being shipped to South Korea from the UK. This is unfortunately out of our control as the tax collected is determined by South Korean customs. Customers placing an order to a UK shipping address do not pay any additional tax on their purchases as UK VAT is already included in the price. We hope you'll enjoy your new bedding. “Not fit for purpose!!! Absolutely dreadful customer service. This fabric disperses colour into blotchy and unsightly marks that don’t wash out. There is something very wrong with colour processing in these products or the use of cheap fabric. Also King size does not fit King Size bedding. Do not recommend at all!”
