“I recently purchased some cufflinks from this website. The product itself was nice, delivery time as expected however the engraving a bit small and not exactly what I wanted therefore I requested to return the item.
Even though the product listing stated Free returns on all UK orders, it turns out that wasn’t the case, and after contacting the company I was informed that the item is non returnable because it is supposedly a “personalised item” (merely by the fact it’s engraved even though no personalisation was requested, and the item was purchased exactly as it’s listed on the website). I would understand if I’d requested a name to be engraved on the item, that would be non-returnable, but I hadn’t.
I was disappointed that after several back and forth emails (ending with no reply from the company) no return or even partial return was offered, even when I pointed out that the product listing states “free returns on all Uk orders”, it doesn’t state “free returns on all UK orders but only if we decide it’s eligible for a return”. By their definition this item would never be eligible for a return as it’s engraved… so why advertise it as eligible for free UK returns!
Personally I think the product description is very misleading, the returns policy is open to interpretation and I would advise anyone purchasing from this website, to query whether the item can be returned before they purchase it, because I didn’t realise that an item which I haven’t personalised in any way is apparently classed as personalised!”

“I was disappointed with these. The picture showed a 6 and a 5, and then a 6 and a 6 on the dominos, and because it was 65th birthday, I went with the purchase. But, received 2 of the 6 and 6. There wasn't a 6 and 5. It defeats the reason for the purchase because it no longer fits in with the birthday. They are still nice and the engraving was nice, but not what I thought I was getting.”
“Lovely product. The ring size guidance appears to be wrong. I measured my finger wrapping a piece of paper around it as instructed marking it for the correct size but it was much too big when it arrived so I need to wear it on my middle finger instead of pinky.”

“If you live outside of UK, it doesn’t worth it the money you pay extra.
I had to pay the delivery costs (15£) plus a fee cost when the package arrived to the Netherlands (22,5€). I didn’t know that and no one warn me about it before do the purchase.
I also sent them an email and sent them a DM on IG about it, just to know what to do.
I didn’t know the store before, I just found it online so I thought I had been scammed because no one reply me. No replay so far…”
“Item itself not too bad. Engraving at the front is great, but the message on clasp comes too small and basicaly not readable.
Also, expected black plastic box to be better quality, as the sides of it has a very poor finish. Carton box with a white bow finish looks great.”

“I think B&B need a mid-range product. It goes from £25 and then jumps to £150.
I upgraded to one of the nicer boxes. Arrivde very poor, and slightly defective and cheap.
Timescales were good, quick turnaround and nice options for customisation.”
