I've searched for your info in our email inbox and I can see you've emailed us last Friday, which we've missed. I'm sorry about this. I took the measure of closing the offices last Friday as temperatures were down to -7 and I didn't want my staff travelling in those conditions (most get public transport). You have not tried to contact us multiple times, that is false.

The order was dispatched on the 10th and you paid for a 5 working day delivery and not a 1-2 day express delivery as stated. I have emailed you the tracking info and informed you we can resend another item free of charge if it does not arrive, but I'm sure it will any day now.

We emailed you yesterday with all the tracking info (tracking stating that it has been delivered). The order was sent as a letter so please check with any other household members. Please email us or call the office if you still cannot locate the cufflinks.

You ordered a 1-2 day delivery. You also ordered a box which will not for through the letterbox. You would have been emailed a tracking number (which I will send you again) and you can book a redelivery via it.

The cufflinks you kindly purchased are natural stones so they can, and will look different from the photo advertised. Natural stones vary depending on where the stone was cut. If you contact customer services via email on enquiries@badgerandbrown.co.uk we can try and send you a pair that you'll be happy with.

Sorry to hear of this. You've been sent an incorrect ring. Last year a few gold rings were plated incorrectly and have been taken out of circulation, or at least we thought so. It seems size Q still had the old rings in the stock, which has now been resolved.
You sent the email late on Friday and we've tried emailing and calling you today (the following Tuesday) to inform you of the above. We can have a new ring with you within a few days.

The courier in Greece tried to deliver yesterday but nobody was in to sign for the package. We always send our overseas recorded so you will need to sign for the package. Can you use the tracking info we've sent you upon ordering and submit a redelivery please?

As per the emails and tracking info the courier tried delivering on the correct day but nobody was in.
Yet another example of the review system being abused. You missed the birthday because you weren't in and you left it very last minute.

As explained over email the order was sent out correctly. 95% of orders arrive within the correct timespan but deliveries can encounter problems, like this it seems. We've offered to send the cufflinks out again.
