“Really disappointed with the quality of the engraving, It's so light that it's barely legible and once the ring gets scuffed (as they generally do), I doubt I will be able to see the engraving at all.
I found the response from the director even more disappointing, 'it's been engraved so it's undefendable', clearly quality control is not something he cares about.”
