The reason for marking down slightly was for a few reasons:
The font I chose to be engraved on the cufflinks was not as displayed on my original order - howevere it looked good anyway.
I also purchased a gift box with personalised engraving. This engraving was very small and very cut very light into the metal making the messgae very difficult to read.
Finally, the delivery took slightly longer that anticipated. It only took 8 days from when I placed the order, meaning it turned up on the day of my son's birthday, but I was expecting it slightly quicker.”

The engraving on the giftbox cannot be too deep as the plating is thin, unlike the cufflinks.
