I have sent numerous emails to them over numerous weeks now but have just been ignored. Very disappointed, and am looking into alternative options.”

I've checked and what you're saying is incorrect. We refunded you in two payments all on the same day. You've been refunded the total cost of the ring and also the delivery, which was a good will gesture.
