I told them I had a week until my event and that if they could get it to me by then its no worries. They kept me updated the whole way through and the morning of the event in came my order. Very good quality and received nice compliments at my event. I've seen some bad reviews but I would say it all comes down to communicating with their team. I was very open and so were they, brilliant service”

You paid for clasp engraving which is the back of the cufflink, not the front. You've confirmed the engraving has been done.
