Sorry to hear of this. You've been sent an incorrect ring. Last year a few gold rings were plated incorrectly and have been taken out of circulation, or at least we thought so. It seems size Q still had the old rings in the stock, which has now been resolved.
You sent the email late on Friday and we've tried emailing and calling you today (the following Tuesday) to inform you of the above. We can have a new ring with you within a few days.

Engraving, I can’t fault it. Perfectly clear, straight and tidy, exactly what I asked for and there were plenty of font choices available.
Cuff links exactly as hoped, haven’t used them yet, but seem of decent quality. Came individually packaged in little plastic bags for protection.
Had one slight issue, but Customer service was swift and polite when speaking to staff and they resolved it for me very quickly.
