I also bought a lovely silver box and had that engraved too, both were lovely and the engraving was really good.
I was though very disappointed to find the box was a cufflink box and the money clip is loose inside as the elastic to hold it in place was specifically for cufflinks. Ordering was easy and delivery in good time.”

Yes, unfortunately the engraved gift boxes are for cufflinks only. The money clips and tie slides do fit the box but the elastic inside holds cufflinks only.

“They need to state when an item is out of stock. I placed an order that needed to be with me quickly when all along the item I had purchased was not going to be arriving with no email notifying me that it wasn’t in stock. However that being said when I contacted customer service about it they were very good and fast at finding some nice similar replacements which they got to me the very next day with the engravings. So I was very appreciative for that and they actually were nicer than the ones I had previously ordered.”

Appreciate the order and the feedback. With our sterling silver range we're going through a transitioning phase. We're now producing our own sterling silver cufflinks to ensure quality and you purchased a design we used to get in from a UK silversmith, which we were awaiting delivery of.
We sent you a pair of cufflinks that are similar (which we manufacture and hold hundreds of) and retail at £129.95 instead of the £99.95 paid.

As per the communication we've had post review, the issue is with the font selection and not the engraving itself (depth, positioning etc...).
We'd like you to be happy so we're sending a new tie slide out today on a 24hr delivery at no cost to yourself.
