“The item itself was better then expected no complaints, only thing I would suggest is improving the sizing, as changing the size if needed due to it being too big, changes their circumference of the ring, but as said great work on my design picture sent in.”
“Lovely quality Engraved Tie Clip and Engraved Presentation Box however the box cost £11.95 but was not suitable for a tie clip, it was for cufflinks.
I emailed Badger and Brown regarding this and they have now refunded my payment and are going to amend their website to make it clear that the engraved boxes are only suitable for cufflinks.”

The first order arrived on time.
With regards to the second order, we've had a little nightmare here in the office. Lots of orders printed for processing on Monday 3rd July didn't actually print off but the system said they had. The error didn't come to light until customers reached out asking the whereabouts of their order..... We're sorry for the delay, this has never happened to us before. I can see that the order has now been delivered.
