“I ordered a pair of oval gold lapis lazuli cufflinks for my wedding. The ones I received were not as advertised, and appeared to be the round lapis lazuli cufflinks also sold on the site. I emailed Badger and Brown to tell them so that the correct ones could be sent. I received a reply saying the design had been changed to round (despite the image and product description being oval), as they were not happy with the quality of the oval ones. As I needed them in a few days I said I was happy to keep the round ones, but as they are advertised on the site at a lower price than the oval ones I'd paid for, I asked for the difference to be refunded. It took about 2 weeks to get a reply, but they have now responded saying the delay was due to the busy Christmas period, and they are happy to take care of the refund for me.
The cufflinks I did receive, though not the same as what I had ordered, were of good quality and went well with my outfit for the wedding.”

I think you not including a standard gift box and a small paper gift bag for a nice presentation is very poor and ungenerous idea . I have bought lesser priced jewellery that did not charge extra for a box and had far more superior gift presentation .”

I am quite annoyed today as I got a letter from the post office to inform me that to get these cufflinks out of customs I had to pay €11 as the place I ordered them from was outside the UK. I was not told this on purchase and if I was ok unsure if I would have purchased.”

“The item itself was lovely and good quality, the engraving was neat and exactly as requested.
When the grey gift box arrived it was wrapped in a kind of tape and the corners of it had been damaged despite a padded envelope which was very disapointing and made me wish I had gotten the gift bag instead.
Unfortunately, there were significant issues with shipping to the Republic of Ireland as the item was held in customs as I was unaware there would be another separate (and quite significant, maybe 30% of the cost of the item again) charge and delays as a result of this. Obviously this is because of Brexit and not the company's fault but its the first time I've ordered from a smaller company without customs included and would have been important for me to know to budget before purchasing.”
“The product was really nice but the service was disappointing. I paid a little more than £4 for standard delivery within 4-5 days, but it took at least 8 days to receive the package. I emailed B&B about it but received no response. I called them on their customer service number. It didn't sound like an automated voice. Sounded more like a man picked up the phone, said they are extremely busy and we should email for enquiries and hung up. Disappointing service. Thankfully I had ordered the cufflinks in advance so it was fine, but if you are short on time, better find some other companies”

Thank you for your recent order. The delivery was a little delayed, for which we apologise for. The order was dispatched in time but it arrived two working days later than scheduled, delivery was for 20th June but was received on 22nd June.
With regards to the answer machine message, that's genuine. That's me!

“The cuff links I ordered are overall great and really good value for money. The ordering process was great and the customisation was easy. Delivery was quick once the items were dispatched as I had to wait a bit for personalisation.
I have knocked one star off as some of the sage green enamel cufflinks are slightly different colours and although probably wouldn't be that noticeable when being worn it was disappointing to see that of the three pairs I had only one pair matched.
The other star has been taken off as when I contacted badger and brown about this issue I never received any sort of reply. Not even an acknowledgement of my email. It is a shame the customer service let's down what would be a really good product.
I ordered these for a wedding and have plenty of time for them to be replaced as they are still unworn.”

We’re currently producing more sage green cufflinks, it could be that the last few of the current batch didn’t match 100%. We do always try and match cufflinks before we dispatch so we’re sorry about this instance

We've just tried calling and will try again later. We've used the incorrect glue for the coins, someone has used paper glue rather than metal glue. We can either send a complete new order or we can resolve in another way, either is fine. Hopefully speak a little later
