“I ordered a belt with personalisation for my husband. It subsequently transpired that there was an error on the personalisation options on the website. The company dealt with this very promptly once they realised the issue and processed my partial refund immediately.
I phoned to check what was happening and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and professional - a real credit to the company.
The belt is a Christmas gift so I haven't given it to my husband yet but I'm very happy with it and am sure he will be too.”
