“I ordered some lapis cufflinks for my husband for our anniversary and when they arrived one of them was very slightly damaged. I emailed them and they responded immediately asking me to send them back so they could send me out another set. They even refunded the postage on the set i sent back. The second set arrived and they were perfect. I cannot fault the company or the way they dealt with my issue. I am very happy with the cufflinks.”

“Recently purchased from these guys. Bought an item on the 1st December to delivered 1-2 day afterwards paying the added amount for quicker delivery. One week later hadn’t heard anything. Contacted the company and they said it was out of stock and was waiting for it be shipped for them. I was left in the dark with it all. No notice on the website about it be out of stock. So I contacted customer service who said they will take off my delivery charges and give me a 20% discount code for next use because of the delaying issue. It was then delivered the next day. Item looks ace.”

“The cufflinks are nice, however I included the initaials O.J.J and the way the letters are squashed together means that the dots are not visible and appear to be part of the J so the cufflinks read as OJJ which unfortunatly isn't what I was going for. If there had been a preview of the font I had chosen with the characters I had chosen I could have seen that it does not work.”
