“I bought these when I realised I had lost my only pair of cufflinks in a house move. The website offered a next day delivery option providing you bought them before 2pm. I purchased these at 8am yet the delivery did not get processed until gone 4pm which means there was no way the postal service was going to be able to deliver next day. The engagement these cufflinks were bought for was the next day so the purchase was essentially useless since they were not able to meet the next day delivery offered.
Next time I'll just buy from a chain store, at least they can deliver on time.”

You kindly purchased cufflinks on the 4th December and as per the email you received, we also dispatched the item on the 4th December. We processed the order earlier in the day but we obviously don't have our post collected until later on (4pm as you mentioned) so we can dispatch as many as possible.
This time of year can cause slight delays and your order was indeed delivered on the 6th.
If you email us we can refund you the postage costs.
