I have knocked one star off as some of the sage green enamel cufflinks are slightly different colours and although probably wouldn't be that noticeable when being worn it was disappointing to see that of the three pairs I had only one pair matched.
The other star has been taken off as when I contacted badger and brown about this issue I never received any sort of reply. Not even an acknowledgement of my email. It is a shame the customer service let's down what would be a really good product.
I ordered these for a wedding and have plenty of time for them to be replaced as they are still unworn.”

We’re currently producing more sage green cufflinks, it could be that the last few of the current batch didn’t match 100%. We do always try and match cufflinks before we dispatch so we’re sorry about this instance

“I ordered an engraved sterling silver tie slide to give to my future husband on our wedding day. When I purchased it there was the option to pay an extra £9.95 to have it in a luxury presentation box. I thought it was worth paying that with it being a special gift. When I received the tie slide unfortunately the box I had paid for was a cuff link box so the slide didn’t fit into it and was just laid over the elastics. The tie slide is lovely though and the engraving has been done nicely. I contacted the company who have now sent me a grey box to put the tie slide in and it fits nicely into this box. They also offered to refund me for the other box so I am now very happy to be able to present this to my future husband on our wedding day.”

To cut a long reply short, we do advertise the luxury box we offer very clearly on every tie slide product page and you can visibly see two loops. I agree this box is for cufflinks, but it can be used for a tie slide and it would not warp it like you've suggested. We are in the process of changing the luxury box we offer for tie slides.
To suggest we haven't emailed you is ludicrous, we just didn't re-reply in the timeframe you wanted, we now have and await your response.
