Unfortunately one set arrived with a slight defect, when I contacted customer service with the details, they were very quick to respond and rectify it. I now have two perfect sets of cufflinks that I will be able to gift on the morning of my wedding!

“For some reason, even though I in put a delivery address in Edinburgh the website defaulted to an address in the south of England that I had used before with a different company. very unhelpful customer services -no answer by phone and when they replied eventually by email the package had already been sent out. cannot comment on the purchase as obviously it’s not been received yet!”

“The service and quickness of delivery was good. However, I was disappointed when the gold on the tie clip started to rub off, showing the silver underneath within a few hours of being worn for the very first time.
Since leaving the above review, the company responded within 24hours with apologies and an explanation of what may have happened. They are sending me a new tie clip. No quibble. Am now very impressed with Badger and Brown. Will definitely use again in the future.”

“Fantastic company to deal with. Unfortunately the personalised cufflinks came with a small mark on one (possibly happened when engraving). They were for a 21st birthday present and needed in 2 days time. I sent an email asking how could I quickly get this rectified and within the hour I received an email saying another pair were being sent to me. I received them the following day and were lovely.
