“Both my Fiancée and I had by chance both bought the same set of cufflinks for me to use for our wedding. Unfortunately, the cufflinks didn't turn out as we had hoped and wanted to return both sets. We have messaged separately as it was two different orders but neither of us have had any response and have so far been unable to return. The lack of communication has been a huge disappointment.”
