“Very helpful and great service. Royal Mail had really messed up, seemingly delivering to the wrong address despite Tracked Delivery. I got in touch with Badger amd Brown and they immediately sent a replacement package as they were aware I needed the item immediately for someone's present.
I am very grateful and impressed with how they responded. Also, the engraved cufflinks look great. Thank you”

“I paid extra for next day delivery to make sure my item came in time for the wedding I was going to but it was over a week late. I contacted customer support and asked for a refund and they said they could refund the extra I paid for delivery and I accepted then I heard nothing else and received no refund”

As per the delivery info, overseas deliveries can take at least 10 working days.
